How to Order:

Order online at www.ChaseClocks.com, call in your order at 888-8CRAFTS (872-2387), Fax in your order at 310-482-3480 or mail your order to ChaseClocks.com, 11865 Teale Street, Culver City, Ca 90230. ISI’s hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST Monday through Friday. After hours and on weekends you can leave your order on our answering machine (please leave your phone number). Prices are subject to change.

SAME DAY SHIPPING (Rush Order) is available for $20. Please note that the order(s) must be received before 1 PM Pacific. This rush delivery does not include expedited shipping such as 2nd day or overnight air shipping. While we do have the ability to upgrade your shipping method to air, there is an additional fee. That amount depends on size of the package and whether the shipment is upgraded to 3 day, 2nd day or overnight status.

Payment terms:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express online, and on the phone ($10.00 minimum charge). We also accept checks and money orders in advance, or we can be ship C.O.D. All orders shipped within California are subject to 9.00% state sales tax, unless we have a proper tax exemption certificate on file.

Warranties:

Most quartz mini movements carry a 2-year warranty. Chime and Specialty Motors carry a 1 year warranty. Fitup/Insert/ Weather instruments carry a 1 year replacement warranty as well.

Returns:

Please call us for a material return authorization (MRA) number prior to returning goods. Any returns without an MRA number will be refused and returned to sender. Returns of non-defective goods are subject to a 30% restocking charge. No returns are accepted on special order merchandise.

In a case where non defective products are being returned and/or exchanged, in addition to a 30% restocking fee on the product, the shipping and handling fee incurred will stand. For an exchange, the new product being shipped to the customer will be charged full shipping and handling. In addition, the shipping for the returned product will be incurred by the customer.

In a case where a defective claim is being made on the products received, in order to receive full credit for the products, we must receive the products back if requested.

Shortages:

Please inspect your orders upon receipt. Any shortages must be reported to ISI within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Pricing:

In the past year the costs of material such as plastic, brass, aluminum and zinc have risen so quickly that we cannot guarantee the prices in this catalog. We will do everything we can to maintain prices. For the most current pricing please go to our web site www.chaseclocks.com or call one of our sales representatives.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped U.P.S., FedEx or USPS (FOB, Los Angeles), unless otherwise specified. All shipments require a street address. Please see the shipping and handling chart below for shipping costs in the continental United States. C.O.D. orders are charged an additional $10.00 per package. Orders under $500 are subject to a $3.99 Handling Fee. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
